At GoTo Guatemala we are looking for a Facilities Front Desk Coordinator to manage our reception on a daily basis, support facilities operation and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company, while also interacting with existent employees in order to support with any facilities-related issue. Your Day to Day As a Facilities Front Desk Receptionist, you would be working on: • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, and maintaining effective communication with security agents • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to visitors, vendors, and employees • Support office operation by managing facility issues with employees • Managing vendor relations and contact both with partners and internal teams • Assisting with the front desk activities of the office, including reception, phones, guests, packages, entry badges, etc. • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Requisitos:
What We’re Looking For As a Facilities Front Desk Receptionist, your background will look like: • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Hands-on experience with office equipment • Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (above 70%) • Open minded and being able to adapt to new situations easily • Excellent organizational skills • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Professional attitude and appearance • Strong customer service skills • High School Diploma • Schedule flexibility (On site - Monday to Friday)
