We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who excels in both strategy and production. This role requires a highly creative professional with a strong understanding of branding, digital design, and print production. The ideal candidate is not just a designer but a strategic thinker who enjoys crafting compelling visuals while ensuring projects are executed flawlessly from start to finish. Responsabilities: • Create high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). • Develop motion graphics and animations. • Design and maintain projects in Figma. • Prepare print-ready files and ensure proper pre-press setup. • Use Canva for quick-turnaround projects when needed. • Perform photo editing and retouching.

Requisitos:

5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and production. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). • Experience in motion graphics and Figma design. • Solid knowledge of print production and pre-press processes. • Ability to edit photos and create high-quality visuals. • Familiarity with Canva for quick design tasks. • Experience in video editing (preferred). • Background in food packaging design (big plus). • Experience working with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRM platforms (huge plus). • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance strategy with execution. • Creative thinker who can develop brand-driven, strategic designs. • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing brand needs. • Edit video content (big plus). • Design food packaging (big plus). • Work with email marketing platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp (huge plus). • Design within CRM platforms (bonus).
