The Helpdesk assistant acts as the first point of contact with our internal clients seeking assistance for different computer problems, providing an effective and efficient solution using different techniques, over the phone, email, remote assistance or face to face.
Requisitos:
-Good understanding of computer systems, installation of operating systems and basic network knowledge -Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues -60% spoken and written English -Customer service oriented -Systems engineering/CCNA students or similar -Ideally with valid passport -Experience of 2 years in the area -Schedule availability
