He / she should specialized to support Office products and solutions, production products and solutions or both. • IT & Network infrastructure skills, IT Operations and Support, Remote infra Support • Software Management Support • Implementation, Technical consultancy / Solutions • Ensure Delivery on time and high-quality outputs • Work in a collaborative environment to achieve program objectives. • Problem resolution skills • Support sales specialists

Requisitos:

• Should have ability to provide technical design and solutions during the pre-sales, implementation and post-sales activities including providing professional services for device or product implementation and software support. • Should have ability to provide solution architecture and transition roles in smaller deals, as defined by Customer. • Good Analytical skills • Good communication, listening, leadership skills with positive attitude • Good team player
