Requisitos:

Responsabilites: Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers to ensure seamless freight operations. Identify potential clients and conduct outreach via outbound calls to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate competitive shipping rates and contracts with both clients and carriers. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transportation issues. Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, negotiations, and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics solutions for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance client acquisition and brand awareness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling and client acquisition, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. Strong understanding of freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in digital marketing tools to support client outreach and brand positioning. Ability to quote domestic loads accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth and profitability.

Salario:

Comissions base position Up to $2000 Montly, payed weekly. Work from home
