The Talent Acquisition Specialist II (TAS) is responsible for executing recruitment strategies for assigned positions. This includes creative sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and referring qualified candidates to hiring managers. The role is crucial in shaping the first impression of the company for prospective employees and plays a key part in hiring top talent for the organization. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Human Resources is a plus
Requisitos:
Experience: Two plus years full life-cycle recruitment experience required; high-volume recruitment is highly preferred, and property management recruiting experience is a plus.
Soft Skills: Self-starter with demonstrated ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills, and a sense of urgency. Experience developing close partnerships with internal customers/departments
