The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that HR strategies align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Office located in zone 16
English level min. 90%
