Descripción del trabajo:
Handles inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Follow communication
scripts and use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script
when necessary. Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and
provide solutions
Major Responsibilities
Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company's products and services.
Conduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries.
Engage with customers in a cordial, empathetic and probing approach.
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries.

Qualifications
Successful experience in a corporate environment
Skills
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
Ability to work individually and as a team member.
Background/Experience
Experience in a call-center environment - Desired
Salario:
Q 5650 base +1100 Bonus
