If you have experience in shipment follow-up, logistics coordination, and are passionate about customer service, this is your opportunity.
Requisitos:
Advanced university studies: International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service and import operations.
Solid knowledge of international trade terms and documentation (Incoterms, invoicing, shipment tracking, etc.).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipment tracking platforms.
Advanced English proficiency is essential.
