Un proyecto es un proceso orientado a un fin que requiere de una metodolog\u00eda de trabajo no intuitiva y de una adecuada metodolog\u00eda de generaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento grupal con el fin de lograr un objetivo en un tiempo determinado. Requiere de los conocimientos tecnol\u00f3gicos, cient\u00edficos, sociales y de las herramientas de trabajo, comunes con otras disciplinas, disponibles en el momento temporal en que se est\u00e1 realizando el proyecto y que est\u00e1n en constante cambio y evoluci\u00f3n con el fin de evaluar cu\u00e1les son todos los factores que intervienen y llegar a una soluci\u00f3n que cubra todos esos aspectos.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span> Metodolog\u00eda de Dise\u00f1o de Proyectos (MDP) ayuda y gu\u00eda en la toma de decisiones, especialmente en la fase de ideaci\u00f3n y de dise\u00f1o del proyecto.\u00a0<\/span>Se enfoca en la investigaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los requisitos de las personas que participar\u00e1n (voluntariamente) y de las se ver\u00e1n afectadas (involuntariamente) por el proyecto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de carrera docente impartiendo cursos de Redes e Infraestructura de Internet.
    Entusiasta de las tendencias de Industria 4.0 e Internet de las cosas. Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha impartido cursos introductorios de Internet de las cosas y es parte del cuerpo docente del Postgrado de Internet de las Cosas en Universidad Galileo.<\/p>\n

    Actualmente es Investigadora del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda de Proyectos y de la Construcci\u00f3n en la ETSEIB (UPC) desde 2008.<\/span> Sus intereses de investigaci\u00f3n se centran en la gesti\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n y la ense\u00f1anza en ingenier\u00eda. Participa en los programas de doctorado de UPC de Sostenibilidad y de Administraci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de Empresas. Ha dirigido 9 tesis doctorales, ha participado en proyectos nacionales e internacionales. Ha publicado m\u00e1s de 100 trabajos cient\u00edficos entre revistas cient\u00edficas, congresos (nacionales \/ internacionales), patentes y cap\u00edtulos de libros.
