header_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Aunque en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas se ha avanzado enormemente en la incorporaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda en los procesos de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje, su incorporaci\u00f3n por parte de los docentes ha sido un proceso m\u00e1s lento. Antes de la pandemia, muchos docentes ya expresaban la necesidad de tener mayor y mejor capacitaci\u00f3n en el uso de herramientas digitales, plataformas educativas y m\u00e1s. Sin embargo, frente al impacto de la pandemia en los sistemas educativos y el cierre masivo de centros escolares, estas demandas se volvieron a\u00fan m\u00e1s urgentes.
