User Acceptance Tester (UAT) Analyst

Under direct supervision of the System Implementation Manager, the UAT will be focused on projects related to point of sale systems, data integrity and new technology platforms supporting field operations. The Analyst will work directly with the production support team, tech support and development in validating and resolving issues. Additionally, they will assist in the management and accuracy of category data as defined in the point of sale system (POS). 1. Uses Atlassian Jira program as the interface to manage defects and enhancements (tickets) 2. Communicates and meets with internal project, development, requirement and release teams to ensure Jira tickets are sufficiently defined and accurate for developers to complete 3. Proactively ensures that tickets in each development/release cycle are prioritized for the most beneficial business and user impact 4. Contributes to the identification and documentation of defects and follows through to their resolution 5. Contributes to the identification and documentation of improvements to enhance the user’s effectiveness, efficiency and experience in the POS 6. Becomes familiar with the product category hierarchy and the standardized structure in which they are managed 7. Subsequently stewards updates to product information as new consumer products/product lines become available
2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience English Proficiency -Demonstrated knowledge of central review and other operations and familiarity with various central review software -Demonstrated ability to learn and use multiple systems to obtain and track documentation of compliance - Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to safeguard data - Demonstrated ability to work with and understand complexity of issues presented in relation to legal, compliance or other risk areas - Demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing software, and ability to rapidly learn and utilize new systems environments - Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service skills and empathy with system users - Ability to multi-task and seek guidance when necessary to maintain stakeholder expectations and deadlines - Working proficiency with Microsoft Office - Experience with Atlassian Jira a plus - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy and time management and organizational skills - Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
