Sap Technical Manager

The Technical Manager (TM) serves as a technical expert for SAP Cloud Customers of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, mainly focusing on SAP S/4HANA, private cloud edition. The TM manages the various phases of customer lifecycle from a technical perspective. The TM will work in seamless collaboration with the Engagement Manager (EM) and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services’ internal delivery teams for the committed scope of delivery, they also resolve technical complexities throughout customers’ engagement lifecycle. This role also provides expert support in operations and facilitates the service lifecycle.
• Engineering graduate with minimum 4+ years professional IT backend technology experience • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and SAP Basis • Hands on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers • Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how • Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions (min. HEC & S/4HANA) • Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals • Experience in working with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in English (Written and verbal), additional (local) languages are plus
