PROJECT’S ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Descripción del trabajo:
Person responsible to provide assistance to the National Director, prepare reports, schedule meetings, organize files, translate documents, answering and direct phone calls, general support.
Requisitos:
Graduated in Business Administration, Social Work or related career; preferably Bilingual English – Spanish (it is a must) Excellent skills on Windows Packages Verifiable writing skills and good spelling. Full Schedule Availability (Eventually Weekends). Excellent personal relationships. With some experience in managing social projects (Ideal) Availability to travel 25% of the time to the interior of the country
