Program Officer, Latin America & Caribbean
Descripción del trabajo:
Implementation of all program efforts, including the quality of program work, identification of new initiatives, day-to-day management of program activities, building and maintaining partnerships, and evidencing our work.
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree desired Experience at least 3 years preparing donor reports and communication, documenting the learning of the program in the region, coordination meetings and sourcing potential collaborations in other complimentary sectors (female empowerment, job creation, employment, poverty, etc.). Available to have frequent travel to partner hospitals across the region. Proven ability to effectively manage relationships, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in culturally diverse environments Excellent written and communication skills (English and Spanish) Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, good sense of humor Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software
