The Managed Services Client Facing Support role provides various support tasks for Cliente. He provides project management and steady state operations support to include global internal audits and reporting in order to ensure the Client Level SLAs are fulfilled
Some details of the job:
• Cliente Global Internal Audit - Identity & Access Management
• Project Manage Future Application / Software Deployment
• Support to Cliente (Global Rapid Applications Deployment) process.
• Steady State / Operations
• MPS Application Project Review
• Lead MPS Application CCB / Incident Review Technical Call
• Lead Weekly Global Status & Strategy reconnect + Global Service CAD Items
• Schedule and Lead Monthly Service Delivery CAD Review
• CAD ownership – Maintain as required to prepare for various review meetings
• Participate in Weekly Architectural Reviews
• Ad-hoc special projects
Requisitos:
Graduated at bachelor's level - Systems Engineering, Business Administration...
5 years of experience in Project Management Future application/software implementation
3 years of Experience in Internal Audit - Identity and Access Management
5 years of experience dealing directly with the client to deliver results and detect needs.
