Microsoft Support Specialist
Descripción del trabajo:
The Microsoft Support Specialist shall participate in the design and delivery of Microsoft software solutions to enable effective communication, productivity, and integration.
Responsibilities
• Creation and maintenance of new and existing workflows & tools.
• Training and technical document creation and support for individual users.
• Liaison to Microsoft technical support.
• Present technical and complex information in a simplified manner to different stakeholders
• Standardize SharePoint design and use
• Develop and deploy new employee onboarding process
• Perform Tenant to Tenant migrations
Requisitos:
• Preferred 2-4 years in a role similar to job description above.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the systems development life cycle.
• Knowledge of systems analysis and design methodologies.
• Able to present complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience, with the ability to provide the appropriate level of detail.
• Experienced in maintaining security compliance and audit procedures associated with IT regulations within a publicly traded company as well as customer facing portals.

Azure and O365
• User Creation and management
• License management
• MS-900 and AZ-900
