Main Responsibilities: To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email. Support users remotely To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Respond to enquiries from internal clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems. Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
Requirements: Be able to participate in our 24 X 7 rotation schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays) - Required Able to work on-site - Required Living within city perimeters - Required Qualifications: Teamwork Problem Solving Collaborating Client service oriented Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Faster adaptation to technology changes Knowledge: English - B1 - Required Oral and written comprehension Appropriate use of language Knowledge of Virtualization technologies under Windows and Linux - Required Technology monitoring skills - Desirable IT Support Experience - Desirable Google Workspace knowledge - Desirable Microsoft Office Suite - Required Strong IT troubleshooting (Hardware/Software and Networking) - Required Studies & Experience: Two years of studies in Computer Systems Engineering or related careers and certifications. - Desirable Proven Experience PC skills (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance) - Required Active directory and network basics - Desirable
