IT, Operations Analyst II – Torre Pradera

IT Operations Analyst is responsible to provide first line helpdesk support to internal clients and administrations staff in assisting them with hardware and software problems and making sure that the systems are working properly according to company standard.
Be able to participate in our 24 X 7 rotation schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays) - Required Able to work on-site - Required Living within city perimeters - Required Qualifications: Teamwork Problem Solving Collaborating Client service oriented Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Faster adaptation to technology changes Knowledge: English - B1 - Required Oral and written comprehension Appropriate use of language Knowledge of Virtualization technologies under Windows and Linux - Required Technology monitoring skills - Desirable IT Support Experience - Desirable Google Workspace knowledge - Desirable Microsoft Office Suite - Required Strong IT troubleshooting (Hardware/Software and Networking) - Required Studies & Experience: Two years of studies in Computer Systems Engineering or related careers and certifications. - Desirable Proven Experience PC skills (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance) - Required Active directory and network basics - Desirable
