Descripción del trabajo:
Responsibilities ●Assists leadership with discovery and solutions design with new and existing client projects. ●Ensures that the solutions delivered are aligned with all client’s requirements. ●Plans rollout of hardware and software to support the call center operation and administration staff. ●Manages inventory of equipment to ensure agility in getting systems online. ●Ensures alignment of IT policies with industry best practice and relevant compliance frameworks. ●Drives innovation through continual R&D to improve efficiency, security and user experience of company systems while striving to reduce overheads. ●Responsible for the correct administration of any databases used by operations and other administrative departments. ●Instrumental in software development projects for both in-house and client tools/systems. ●Provides top tier technical support to the support team and other departments when necessary. ●Responsible for the budget planning, monitoring and adherence for the IT department. ●Responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting KPIs for their team to company leadership
Skills & Experience ●Is a motivational team leader who can keep a team engaged while working under pressure and against the clock? ●Has great interpersonal skills, and is comfortable working directly on projects with foreign clients. ●Has excellent project management, decision making and conflict resolution skills. ●Has a minimum of 3 years experience administering Citrix/VMWare VDI/Virtualization solutions ●Has a minimum of 3 years experience administering Avaya telephony systems or similar equipment ●Has a minimum of 3 years experience administering virtual call center solutions such as Genesys/Five9/NICE in Contact ●Has successfully implemented numerous Citrix/VMWare VDI/Virtualization projects (preferred competency) ●Has successfully implemented MS Azure tenants and Active Directory projects (preferred competency) ●Has successfully implemented virtual call center solutions such as Genesys/Five9/NICE in Contact (preferred competency) ●90% minimum written and spoken English
●Permanent contract / Full Time / To start Immediately ●Salary from Q13,500 to Q20,000, depending on prior experience
