Purpose: Accountable for the planning, monitoring, delivery coordination, communication and reporting regarding client assets at one or more client sites Scope: Client facing individual contributor who works both independently and as part of the service delivery team. Interfaces frequently with service delivery team, client focal points, as well as with other value chain partners in the service delivery area. May work on one or multiple implementation projects The work undertaken by the role holder is completed in line with the Statement of Work relevant for the customer Main Responsibilities: Effectively manages equipment delivery, placement, installation, move and removal processes at a client site ensuring all equipment is on site, on time and technically ready for client acceptance Resolve equipment readiness issues (delivery, order accuracy, equipment functionality) and work with value chain partners to resolve discrepancies ensuring the correct equipment is on site and ready for client acceptance Communicates with individual equipment carriers to ensure the correct equipment is delivered to the client site on time meeting client specifications.(Scheduling deliveries, determine zone runs, resolving issues)
Proficient on Microsoft Office Applications – with strong Excel skills Excellent Organizational Skills: Efficiently organizes multiple coordination assignments and prioritizes their work Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including email, phone, reporting, etc.) Demonstrated ability to solve problems and analyze information Ability to project schedule needs in order to achieve implementation budget
