Human Resources Associate

The HR Associate will support the HR Department in the execution of all processes and procedures to ensure the proper management of all personnel. Responsibilities & Duties: • Conduct new hire induction and compile all policies. • Fill out new employee contracts, register, and file them. • Solve day-to-day employee concerns. • Execute CAP processes. • Conduct monthly focus groups to gather information on employee satisfaction (Leadership, environment, culture, possible issues, pending follow-up, benefits, and possible improvements).
Skills & Qualifications: • At least one (1) year tenure in a similar position • Experience working in the BPO industry is a plus • University degree holder (Psychology or BA) • English level 85% or above • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of Guatemala's labor laws • Ability to multitask and be proactive • Great interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Schedule flexibility
