Help Desk (Home Office)
Descripción del trabajo:
Responde to desktop and server alerts, review security systems, vender interactions, generate monthly reports, review time entries and work with team to resolve billing issues, use quoting systmen to create quotes and prove to sales representatives.
Proficient in English (Verbal/Written). Background in IT. 2-5 Years in IT Support / Technology. Prefered to have worked in Call Center Environment. Experience in Desktop troubleshooting: Hardware/ Software, add remove programs, printer support. Server: Active Directory remove user accounts and groups. You need to have computer and 2 external monitors.
Attractive Salary Full Benefit Schedule: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday to Friday Home Office
