RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with Regional Data lead and Global data lead to understand, data catalog, high value data and migration needs
• Analyze Legacy Data Models to determine attribute usage/business purpose
• Audit existing Legacy data systems (spread sheets, unstructured data etc.) and identify errors or areas for improvement.
• Create DQA reports to assist with cleanup
• Work closely with the Data Preparation Team on all cleanup activities, testing and validation
• Work with Data Migration workstream lead, including moving the data and converting content as necessary, while considering risks and potential impacts
• Translate data from new sources identified so that it can be effectively moved between systems
• Test the new system after the migration process as well as the resulting data to find errors and/or points of corruption
• Document everything from the strategies used to the exact migration processes put in place—including documenting any fixes or adjustments made
Requisitos:
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven working experience as a data analyst
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication
• Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyses, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Analyze Legacy Data Models to determine attribute usage/business purpose
• Preferred Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
