PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage contract execution process. Prepare approved contracts for execution, distribute to signing parties and follow-up to full execution and distribution of executed contracts. • Maintain executed contract database and contract summaries. • Manage approval process for any/all requested revisions to standard form contracts. • Creating and managing a system that tracks all contracts with special provisions. • Track contract expiration dates and manage necessary renewal process. • Gather and coordinate responses to prospect/client contract questions and comments during negotiation stage. • Management and administration of the selected e-sign platform • Manage external contract audits. • Perform reviews/ audits to ensures rates/terms match the contract • Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Requisitos:
REQUIREMENTS: • 2+ years of experience in a contract management role. • 2+ years of experience interacting with outside clients and attorneys. • Exceptional English Skills (verbal and written) • Bachelors’ degree. • Experience with AdobeSign and DocuSign
