The incumbent supports the systems automation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the mission’s Sensitive But Unclassified (OpenNet) network and the Dedicated Internet Network (DIN). Other responsibilities include the creation/transfer of the accounts, configuration, permissions, workstation installations, peripheral devices, network cable installation and repairs, configuring and managing mobile devices and the proper administration of the technological resources throughout the diplomatic mission. The Incumbent will provide support based on service requests submitted and emergency phone calls made to the ISC
ISC provides service and support to all employees and sections.

Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology related field of study is required
3 years of network operations, systems management, and application development experience is required
Language Proficiency (This may be tested)
English (Fluent; speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability to translate)
Spanish (Fluent; speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability to translate)
