In charge of setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with the company’s marketing and engagement strategies. ⚡ Responsibilities & Duties: • Company’s social media management • Copy and content creation for different platforms • Creation of Social Media organic content calendar • Work Social Media activities involving other departments including Talent Acquisition, Site Engagement, Operations and others • Photography and graphic design support when needed • Company’s Social Media instant message follow up • Adapting internal information for Social Media posting, including events, Top Performers celebrations, recognition and special activities
Requisitos:
⚡ Skills & Qualifications: • At least one (1) year experience in a similar position • BPO experience is a big plus • Graphic design, marketing, communications or related university degree or at least enrolled in one • Able to work well in a team setting • Graphic design knowledge using Adobe Suite is a plus • Good time management skills • Able to multi-task and be flexible with workloads • In-depth knowledge of Social Media usage and analytics • Creative and passionate • High English proficiency and excellent writing skills
