Job Responsibilities ● Handling inbound/outbound calls for property owners that might qualify to sell their houses/lots/condos. ● Following a script to prequalify them. ● Disposition of those calls and adding them to the appropriate follow-up sequence. ● Processing missed calls and voicemails from prospects and leads. ● Taking notes on the appropriate property record within the CRM. ● Calling back prospects to prequalify them and convert them into leads.
Requisitos:
Requirements & Skills ● Being 100% comfortable with outbound/inbound calling and its quotas. ● High spoken English level (B2 – C1) - Neutral accent and a dynamic tone of voice ● Outstanding customer service skills (contact center experience preferred but not required) ● Multitasking skills ● Goal and detail-orientedness ● Great attitude and soft skills.
Salario:
● 100% remote work ● Monday to Saturday schedules ● Learning about the Real Estate Industry ● Minimum monthly income of $600 (base) + bonuses up to $820 USD ● Cold Calling - Outbound Bonuses - Weekly $25 - Top 3 (Monthly): $150, $100, $50 - $200 per closing - 2 QLs in a day: $20 or PTO ● Home office upgrade bonus ($300 USD given during 3rd and 15th month in the company) ● Work minimum 40 hours per week (overtime is allowed) ● Paid US holidays ● Paid vacations
