The candidate for this role will provide data support for business objectives and client interactions. Specifically, this role will focus on: writing and running advanced SQL queries to mine and compare data across databases; analyze data to write specifications for the implementation and maintenance of State, Federal, and Usual & Customary Fee Schedules; coordinate data implementations with department colleagues and other internal Teams; research and resolve data issues; model and map data sets to system databases; reviewing, communicating and reporting data changes; maintaining data repositories; collaborating on data requirements; documenting data maintenance processes; and advances internal data initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Writes specifications and produces content, utilizing standards, to accurately implement and concisely report data operation outcomes. Conducts post load and post production validation of data implementations. Communicates data changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally and/or though written documentation – to stakeholders. Distributes daily, weekly, and monthly data change reporting to internal staff and management. Maintain data repositories. Mine, analyze and summarize fee schedule, and related supporting data, impacting the organization’s products and features. Ensures approved Compliance data is deployed to client facing applications, conducts root cause analysis of deployment failures, and reports data incidents impacting system processing. Manage, Track, and Transform data changes impacting Workers Compensation, Medicare, and Auto Personal Injury Protection fee schedules, for all U.S. jurisdictions, throughout the data implementation cycle. Identify and Report fee schedule, and related supporting data, and trends impacting adherence to accuracy, quality, and system functionality. Identify, Review, and Document data processes, and collaborates with Compliance staff members. Collaborates with other teams on the implementation of data enhancements and defects. Consults with Department colleagues on the interpretation of data requirements to clearly identify inclusive, exclusive, and absence of data requirements. Submits, Reviews, Audits, and/or Approves data work items for adherence to department standards, policies, and procedures. Tools to be used: SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) with Advanced SQL knowledge and capabilities. Standard and consistent templates to accurately and concisely produce content and reports. Real-time Data Tracking System (SharePoint/Salesforce Platform) Compliance Library (SharePoint Platform)
Experience with one Commercial sector solution (HR & Payroll, Digital Processing, Commercial Healthcare, or Customer Experience Solutions). 1 year of experience working on RFP responses. Minimum of 4 years working in client-facing consulting, technology solution architecture, presales, product management, bid management, or project management roles
