PURPOSE The program manager has overall accountability for end-to-end field process integration and system automation in delivering $50M Professional Services revenue for all sales channels.  This includes implementing coverage strategy, program infra-structure, services delivery processes and productivity initiatives aligned with Client strategy and rapid business changes. Key metrics include professional services revenue, expense performance, operational productivity and timely services delivery. BUSINESS SCOPE All Go-to-Market Units: US Enterprise, GC, USCU Agents and Resellers, and XBS. Field Customers: Sales and support managers, direct and contract systems analysts, sales agents and resellers and remote delivery teams in Guatemala. Business Areas: Base/ MDS/ MAC/ GSA contracts, Office/ Production/ Software solutions, Financed/ Cash business. Annual volume 150,000 services orders KEY RESPONSABILITIES Manage Professional Services (PS) revenue and cost to enable profitable revenue growth. Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and timely revenue recognition through efficient revenue close process. Manage PS field coverage, territory configuration and resource planning/ utilization/ reporting Develop/integrate end-to-end delivery processes: Presale, Pricing to Contract/Order Management, Onsite and Remote delivery, Revenue, Billing, Resource Utilization, and Escalations Implement PS systems (8 major systems), program assessment and business reporting Lead productivity initiatives to streamline delivery processes and enable operational performance aligned with strategy and business changes Provide coaching and leadership to PS field in achieving business objectives
Requisitos:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Excellent written and verbal communication skills (90% English) Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Information Systems or related field Preferred: Master’s Degree: Business, Information Systems or related field Experience in leading large cross-functional projects, on schedule, within budget and delivering desired results Demonstrated performance in program management roles Self-starter, independent thinker, and capable of delivering with minimal instructions Proficiency in financial planning/analysis and operational/business reporting Proven success in leveraging business opportunities and improving complex processes and systems Leadership and business acumen Analytical, highly proficient in Access, Excel and data analysis Flexibility and adaptation to enabling business changes Ability to communicate with all levels of management, strong facilitation, presentation and written skills Ability to manage multiple and complex priorities (strong multi-tasking skills required) Strong strategic implementation skills Lean Six Sigma skills desirable.
