Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Support running production application, validate data, collect data from terminals, validate data replication between multiple databases and data processing with client.
Analyze application logs to validate if application is running as expected.
Support QA environment – validate deployment package provided by dev team, deploy application to QA platform, validate application is running as expected in QA environment.
Identified potential issues in QA and report to dev team.
Develop required script which will help in day to day support activity
PLSQL - Procedures/Functions
Bash/python scripts and Windows bat script
Deploy application to staging and production environment.
Validate deployment, test application , debug application
Coordinate support activity across support team and getting job done
Requisitos:
Must Have Skills:
DB PL/SQL: Oracle , MySQL (6 years)
Script: Bash/Python ( 3 years)
Production Support : troubleshoot application problems, analyze logs and provide details
Servers : Linux & Windows (4 years) (Understanding and good knowledge of Linux server environment (bash) is a must)
Communication : English proficiency (90%). Should have good analytical and communication skills.
Documentation : Create necessary documentation as part of the support activity, RCA and process. (3 years)
Application Server: Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere (3 years)
Report: Jasper/Crystal (3 years)
