The primary focus of this opening is to assist a team of licensed real estate agents via excellent support and superior communication skills. This teammate will work directly under his/her mentor for all accountabilities listed below:
Assist in the management of the department calendar by scheduling and confirming sales appointments and showings
Take care of replying and getting in touch with all the new people interested in renting a house/apt
Prep clients for lease signings and its follow up
Audit client and opportunity data
Educate potential tenants about the renting process
Provide administrative support in the creation and maintenance of resources and docs
Requisitos:
Studies in Business administration, Tourism, Legal Sciences
Must be available immediately
High level of organization and detail-orientation for maximum efficiency working independently with minimum supervision Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
The ability to work well in a team oriented environment and analyze decisions with a broad perspective
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and related software
California leasing law is a plus
Salario:
Home office
Up to Q7500 monthly
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
